Language Services

Houston Healthcare offers an on-demand video language interpretation and relay service for the hearing impaired. Remote video interpreting and relay are handled through world-class interpreters, state-of-the-art videophone technology, and high-speed wireless internet connectivity.

The interpretation service is available at Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins and Houston Healthcare – Perry, as well as all three Houston Healthcare Med-Stop locations and other outpatient facilities.

Lost and Found

For our patients’ protection, all jewelry and money (other than small change) should be left at home. If this is not possible, ask a member of our nursing staff to put these items in the hospital safe for you.

Houston Healthcare is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, jewelry, or other articles kept in a patient’s room. We do maintain a Lost and Found service in the Admissions Office. Found items will be kept for 90 days.

ATM

A Synovus ATM is available at Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins in the Northwest Tower Lobby behind the elevators.

Valet Parking

Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins offers convenient, free valet parking services to patients and visitors. The service is available at the entrances to the Northwest Tower and the Main Tower on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. If you leave the hospital after 5 pm, please dial “0” and ask Security to bring your car keys to the Information Desk.

Gift Shops

Our Auxiliaries operate gift shops at our hospitals which offer gifts, cards, personal toiletry, and other items you might need during your hospital stay.

The Gift Connection at Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins

This gift shop is located in the Northwest Tower lobby and is open Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

The Pink Bowtique Gift Shop at Houston Healthcare – Perry

This gift shop is located in front of the hospital and is open Monday through Friday, 10 am - 2 pm.
